1. Perfecting Your Walk Down the Aisle: Rehearsal Options
Rehearsing is a wonderful way to ensure everyone in your wedding party feels calm, confident, and ready for the big moment. While couples are always welcome to rehearse at home or in a favorite backyard setting, we love offering flexible onsite options to practice right here in the garden:
During a Scheduled Open House: You and your party are welcome to practice during one of our upcoming Open House events! Just be sure to register in advance so we can welcome you properly.
The Day of Your Wedding: Running through the lineup on the morning of your event is a fantastic, stress-free option. (And don't worry—it’s not strictly necessary for the bride to rehearse! Her primary job is simply to look radiant walking down the aisle.)
The Day Before Your Ceremony: We schedule a dedicated 1-hour rehearsal window the day prior, provided another event isn't booked. If a wedding is scheduled for that day, don't fret—Dan and Christy will work closely with you to find a convenient weekday or alternative time slot that fits your schedule.

Every couple’s vision is unique, and your wedding timeline should reflect that! Here is how we handle timing to keep your day seamless:
Custom Ceremony Start Times
Your ceremony start time is entirely your choice. Keep in mind that natural daylight shifts with the seasons, and your photographer will help design a photo timeline around golden hour lighting. We are always happy to talk through seasonal sunset times with you during your private tour!
Evening Music & Bar Conclusion
To keep your event running smoothly and respect local community standards, music and bar services conclude promptly at:
10:30 PM for Friday and Saturday weddings.
9:00 PM for Sunday and weekday weddings.
Bar service is available for a maximum of 5 hours, beginning with cocktail hour. (Planning a party with 100 or more guests and serving alcohol? We’ll assist you with our straightforward requirements for off-duty Grady County security officers to keep everyone safe.)
3. Smooth Setup & Open House Visits
Vendor & Decor Drop-Offs
Whether you choose a 1-day or 2-day rental, all vendor deliveries, decor drop-offs, and personal touches must happen during your agreed-upon rental period (listed directly in your contract). On your wedding day, access begins as early as 8:00 AM, giving your team plenty of time to bring your vision to life.
