Step 1: Experience the Grounds (In-Person or Virtually)
Before contracts are drafted or dates are finalized, we want to ensure our Tuscan-inspired gardens, open-air ceremony spaces, and elegant reception hall align seamlessly with your wedding vision.
Touring with Dan & Christy: To reserve a date, all couples must first tour with us. Whether you walk the grounds in person to take in the landscape or connect via a personalized virtual walk-through, this visit gives you a true feel for the property.

Once you have completed your tour and decided that The Glade is where you want to say "I do," reserving your date is straightforward and fair.

Send an email to info@thegladevenue.com letting us know you are ready to move forward with booking your chosen date.
The "Rule of Three"
Because prime weekend dates fill up quickly, we strongly recommend including your primary choice alongside two backup dates in your initial email.
First-Requested Priority
We operate strictly on a first-requested email timestamp basis. The first couple to officially request the contract process for a specific date is placed first in line. This keeps our process consistent and honest for everyone.
A Note on Cancellations: We do not manage an offline cancellation waitlist. Whenever a reserved date opens back up, we post it directly to our website’s live calendar so every couple has equal, immediate access.
Step 3: Transparent, Flexible Payment Scheduling
Planning a wedding involves managing multiple vendor milestones, so we have structured our payment schedule with clarity and financial breathing room in mind.
The Standard Installment Timeline
Initial Deposit: When you sign your contract, a $1,000 initial payment is required to officially hold and secure your date on our calendar.
Midway Milestone:12 months prior to your wedding day, 50% of your remaining balance is due.
Final Installment: The remaining balance is due in full 90 days prior to your wedding date.
Build Your Own Custom Payment Schedule
While these three deadlines represent our required milestones, you are never locked into making only large lump-sum payments. You are welcome to send partial payments of any amount at any time leading up to your due dates. This flexibility allows you to create a customized, monthly or bi-monthly payment cadence that fits your personal budget.
Payment Methods
Accepted Forms: We accept payments via Check or ACH transfer.
Check Memo Details: If mailing a physical check, please include both partners' last names and your wedding date clearly on the memo line to ensure prompt processing.
Facility Security: We reserve the right to keep an active credit card on file for facility and grounds damage protection.
